Job descriptionWork in an acute care hospital as part of the CT Tech department Patient care is 1 : 1 during CT procedures Shift times include 6 : 00 AM, 8 : 00 AM, 3 : 00 PM, and 5 : 00 PM; must be open to all shift times Self-scheduling is determined by seniority Assignments are typically 3x12 hour shifts, days or nights No on-call or floating required between units, though floating between facilities within the state may occur per organizational policy Weekend shift requirements are pending Uses Epic EMR system Must be willing to work all available shift times and be flexible with scheduling Must commit to working at least 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) RTO (requested time off) must be requested at the time of application First-time travelers are welcome to apply Returning staff must have a 3-month gap before reapplying and live more than 50 miles from the facility Local candidates are accepted at the same pay rate Scrub color for RNs is navy blue Free parking on site Modules are required pre-start and annually, completed on Workramp Failure to float between facilities within the state as required may result in termination Active ARRT, ARRT Advanced (CT), CA CRT, and BLS certifications required At least 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience in an acute care setting required CT license required if applicable CA state license must be active at the time of application; no temporary licenses accepted Epic EMR experience required Must submit two supervisory references covering at least one year within the last three years for consideration High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
