Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Lewistown, Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
