• Monday 9am - 6pm, Tuesday 9am - 5pm, Wednesday 11am - 5pm, Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 5pm
• 18 - 20 patients per day
• Clinic setting
• Mostly well-child checks with same day sick visits
• Patient assessments, care plans, and patient education required
• Hospital privileges required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
