The film is a visionary tale of reincarnation, divine identity, scripture, and the Second Coming, blending spiritual and political mythology across timelines. The protagonist is a modern-day avatar who unites all religions to bring about the Kingdom of God on Earth — with New Jerusalem descending on Andhra Pradesh and the San Francisco Bay Area.
