.NET Senior Software Engineer - Backend / API

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a .NET Senior Software Engineer for a FULL TIME assignment with one of our premier Insurance clients in Holmdel, NJ, Bethlehem, PA or New York, NY. Hybrid schedule 3x weekly in office.

Responsibilities :

• Build and enhance scalable APIs and high-traffic web solutions using .NET Core and C#.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and technical leads to gather requirements and translate them into secure, reliable applications.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to organizational standards around security, compliance, and performance.
• Participate in peer reviews, mentor developers, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Analyze cross-functional business needs and provide technical direction that aligns with long-term platform goals.
• Translate technical and business requirements into efficient, well-tested, and maintainable applications.
• Contribute immediately to team deliverables with a proactive and collaborative approach.
