Job Title : Concrete Plant Technician
Location : Monroe, NC
Pay : $17.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Overtime as needed)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Plant Technician to join our team in Monroe. This hands-on role involves concrete, performing finishing work, and preparing products for shipment. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction, masonry, or carpentry and be comfortable working in a physically demanding, non-climate-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Load concrete mix into batch mixer and monitor 30-minute mixing cycles
- Pour and cast concrete
- Sand and smooth the finished product
- Follow detailed assembly processes and move completed products to the shipping area
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
- Complete full pours without interruption-timing is critical
