• Maternity leave coverage- split your time between two sites!
• Looking for someone to work full-time hours at a PRN rate between January and April of 2026
• Can work PRN with the site before and after the maternity leave as regular PRN "as needed"
• Sage Lake Senior Living - Assisted Living, Indpendent Living, and Memory Care site
• Other facility is a highly rated and beautiful Assisted Living facility also located in Covington
• Outpatient therapy program that provides therapy services to the residents of this community. Opportunity to meet the patients therapy needs in their home environment.
