Summary
The Executive Assistant serves the members of Samaritan Ministries International by providing administrative support as directed by management. This includes coordinating meetings, preparing reports, project management as assigned, coordinating travel as required, and assisting in the management and execution of daily tasks related to the Ministry Cabinet, Board of DIrectors, (if applicable), and the ministry overall.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to senior management and to the team as requested.Coordinate travel arrangementsParticipate in team and strategy meetings as requiredProvide support to the team and directorsCoordinate team meetings and company eventsPrepare presentations, documents, and reportsProvide occasional administrative support to other departments as requiredProvide support to Board Meetings as neededSchedule meetings, create agendas, attend meetings and take minutes when requiredAct as a proxy to senior management as neededProvide support to Executive's email as directedCoordinate and provide support to special projects as requiredAdminister and coordinate the Executive's calendarQualifications and Experience

Tasks are normally conducted in a regular office environment, requiring use of computer and mouse and other standard office equipment.
