$3,000 Recruitment Payment for Full-Time RNs

What You’ll Do

As an RN at IVH, you will serve as the leader of a direct care team :

• Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
• Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, Medication Aides, and LPNs.
• Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.

Flexible Scheduling Options

Evening Shift : 10 hour shifts (12 : 00p.m. - 10 : 30p.m.), 1 out of 3 weekends.

Day / Eve extended shifts : 14-hour shifts (6 : 00a.m.-8 : 30p.m.) 1 out of 3 weekends.

Weekend Package Shifts : (6 a.m.-8 : 30 p.m.) (Applicant must work a minimum of 32 hours every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and will be paid a lump-sum of $8,000 in retention payments, paid out over 26 pay periods. Must work a total of 40 hours per week. Lodging and meals are available upon request.)
