Position Details :

• Location : 10441 Lakewood Blvd. Suite B, Downey CA 90241
• Outpatient based only
• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, no evenings or weekends or call schedule
• Consults, follow-up appointments with daily admin time built in schedule
• Manage care for patients with neurological conditions / deficits including post-stroke, dementia, Alzheimer's, Epilepsy, migraines
• Patient Schedule : Average of 18 - 20 patients per day
• Medical Assistant and support staff with specialty department

Required Qualifications :

For California Residents Only : The salary range for California residents is $271,900 to $382,400. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
