A high-volume chef-driven restaurant is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join their hospitality family!

Some of your responsibilities :
- Work with the Management team to ensure the staff is trained and understands the culinary and wine program.
- Participate in Management financial meetings to assist in meeting goals.
- Ensure proper staffing through accurate sales forecasting.
- Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant.
- Lead and engage staff in the expectations for hospitality excellence.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Be hands-on and assist where always needed.
Experience must-haves :
Current Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale full-service restaurant.Excellent industry tenure and references.A clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.Professional and kind personality.Strong knowledge and passion for wine.Natural ability to lead a professional team.Hands-on with the “want” to be on the floor during service times.Ability to multitask.The Perks :
