We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Radiology-Mammography Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and technical aspects of radiology services, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services to our patients.

Job Description :

  • This position involves supervising and coordinating the activities of radiology staff, including scheduling, workflow management, and patient flow.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • In addition, you will provide training and guidance to staff members, and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate the clinical and technical aspects of radiology services.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching, guidance, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and administration to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in health care or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in radiology operations, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification as a Mammography Technologist.
  • CPR Certification.
