Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Pediatric Intensive Care to join a respected acute care children's facility in Houston. This mid-level position reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy and plays a vital role in pediatric critical care through advanced pharmacy practices.

This is an on-site position requiring daily collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and participation in physician rounds.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical pharmacy programs focused on enhancing patient care and controlling medication-related costs.
• Deliver expert clinical services in collaboration with pediatric healthcare teams.
• Participate in hospital rounds, medical staff discussions, and department initiatives.
• On-call duties required for one full week every 8 weeks, covering evenings and weekends (no additional pay provided for on-call weeks).
