About The Position

Specialty accepted : CRNA

Start date or shifts : ASAP –  ongoing (60–90 days for credentialing (temporary privileges available for clean files)

Daily schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 a.m.–3 : 00 p.m.; late room 7 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m.; call rotation 3 : 00 p.m.–7 : 00 a.m. approximately once per week

Practice setting : Hospital (Level III Trauma Center, 5 ORs)

Types of cases : Orthopedic, General, Endoscopy, OB / GYN, Pediatrics, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, and Plastics; proficiency required in spinals, epidurals, and blocks

Number of cases : Varies by day

Ages : All ages

Additional information : 60% supervision model with 5 anesthesia providers. Must have active VT license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA only). Caselogs required showing experience with epidurals, spinals, and blocks. EMR : Medaxion. $3,000 completion bonus for 12 consecutive full weeks worked at qualifying sites.
