The Active Picker / Packer located in Rensselaer, IN , is responsible for selecting parts associated with internal and external customer orders and ensuring that customers receive the correct parts and quantities in a timely and cost-efficient manner. This role requires attention to detail, safe operation of powered equipment, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Hours of Work :

• 1st Shift : 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM (overtime : 3 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM)
• 2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM - 11 : 30 PM (overtime : 2 : 30 PM - 1 : 00 AM)
