You'll be responsible for delivering new products that enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and support clinical teams with smarter technology. Accountabilities :

  • Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and inclusion.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle — from concept to delivery — ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations to define and prioritize roadmaps and business objectives.
  • Provide technical direction and support, balancing speed, quality, and maintainability in execution.
  • Own your team’s systems, including deployment, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop engineers while promoting growth and performance.
  • Contribute to broader engineering culture, architecture, and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of engineering management experience and 5+ years in hands-on software engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills in fast-paced, ambiguous contexts.
  • Technical proficiency with modern web technologies like React, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to empower teams and lead through influence rather than control.
  • Passion for user-centered design and delivering impactful products quickly.
  • Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare and dental coverage
  • Mental health and parental planning support
  • Generous paid time off policy
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Inclusive and accessible work environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth and learning
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
