GRAPHIC DESIGNER
We are a creative team that consists of strategists, writers, editors, producers and designers to produce best-in-class creative solutions for both advertisers and various functions within Ad Sales.
The Graphic Designer works closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to deliver beautiful and thoughtful design solutions to a wide range of projects that come through to the Advertising and Partnerships team.
The Design team, of which this Graphic Designer will be a part, is a versatile group of creatives that tackle an impressive array of projects under demanding deadlines. They will be required to exhibit the same level of open-mindedness and versatility in working on any one of these design assignments. Projects include but are not limited to : art development for advertisements on Linear TV and on social platforms, UX / UI product design, digital editorial design, eblast communications, event branding, logo & identity system design, digital banner design, storyboarding, digital ads, presentation design and pitch concepts.
This position will have an emphasis on UX / UI design including product design and editorial layout design. Experience in Figma and / or Storied a plus.

A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work (photo compositing and editing a plus)???????Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma (or other UX / UI program)Ability to work on and manage projects from concept to deliveryWorking knowledge of PowerPointFollow the lead of an Art Director and / or Creative DirectorStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think outside the boxA heightened sense of design; especially with respect to typography, photography, composition, and colorHighly creative & detail-orientedAdvertising Experience a PlusDesired Characteristics
A Bachelors Degree in a related field / equivalent training or work experience?3-5 years working as a graphic designer or similar rolePositive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow and ask questions within a fast-paced working environmentPassion for design, photography, illustrations, typography, and digital designOpenness to collaborating with colleagues across different disciplinesAbility to maintain a professional and respectful attitude to co-workersInterest in the advertising and media industry
