As a Student Services Representative, youll serve as the first point of contact for our students answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a professional, friendly, and supportive experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin, OH.

What Youll Do

• Serve as the main contact for students via phone and email (average 30+ calls and 5060 emails per day)
• Assist students with registration, account maintenance, and general inquiries
• Follow established processes to handle student inquiries efficiently and accurately
• Provide support for special projects, reports, and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a seamless student experience
