Role : Emergency Medicine Physician with Medical Directorship responsibilities

Position Type : Full-time, W2 employment with comprehensive benefits

Directorship Incentives :

Competitive monthly stipend for medical director duties

Sign-on bonus up to $100,000

Clinical Volume : ~34,000 annual ER visits supported by 34 physician coverage hours and 30 hours of APC coverage

Affiliation : Partnered with the University of Kansas, enhancing academic and clinical collaboration

Ideal Candidate Profile

Medical degree (MD or DO) from accredited institution

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)

Proven leadership experience in clinical or administrative roles

Eligible for or able to obtain Kansas medical licensure
