Key Responsibilities :
Support clinical and administrative operations under the supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.Maintain a compassionate environment by delivering outstanding patient service.Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient intake processes.Perform essential duties such as vital checks, blood draws, and administering injections.Document and report any changes in patient conditions accurately.Assist with lab tests and prepare for minor procedures.Manage patient charts and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.Coordinate referrals and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary.Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Engage in compliance training to uphold organizational standards.Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting as a Medical Assistant (MA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Paramedic.Current CPR certification is required upon hire.Additional certifications like TB and IV certifications should be obtained within 60 days of employment.We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
