Position Summary :
Sensiba is actively seeking a Senior Tax Manager to assist in the delivery of outstanding service to our clientele. This role will require technical expertise in accounting and tax related matters, as well as creativity, adaptability, thoughtfulness, and a dedication and passion for client service and teamwork.

Technical and Professional Competence :
Senior Tax Managers must display technical tax accounting knowledge as well as the following :
Personal Development :
Senior Managers must have a willingness and commitment to developing their technical and industry knowledge through personal reading, research, coursework, etc.
Quality Management :
Senior Managers must absorb, understand, maintain and improve upon our quality control procedures as they progress through their client engagements. They identify and resolve systemic operating bottlenecks or weaknesses to improve Firm processes.
Practice Development :
Senior Managers identify ways in which we can bring increased value to our existing clients and appropriately converts such opportunities into projects for the firm. They systematically develop and maintain relationships in the business community in order to generate new leads and referrals.
Performance Management :
Senior Managers actively participate in recruiting and staffing decisions. They actively participate in the development, preparation and delivery of ongoing internal training. Senior Managers consistently and willingly provide mentorship to less experienced team members.
