Accountable for providing direct, personal care and services to residents in the skilled nursing facility, which meet the physical, academical, social and spiritual needs on a daily basis to maintain and improve their highest level of independent function.
What You Will Do :
- Provides assistance to residents with their activities of daily living
- Performs routine duties and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff
- Performs blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration and weight
- Assists with restocking supplies and maintaining appropriate work environment
- Participates in providing emotional, educational and spiritual support for families
- Complies with all aspects of resident rights including confidentiality and privacy
- Understanding and following established policy and procedures related to fire, tornado, evacuation, disaster plan, universal precautions, infection control procedures, hazardous and chemical communication program

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Licensing Board in the state of practice within 120 DaysPreferred Education, License / Certification, or Work Experience :
High School or GED EquivalentLess than 1 year Related experience or trainingExpectations and Standards :
