Database Developer

A company is looking for a Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure databases in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain relational databases and ETL processes using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle

Secure database environments according to NIST and DHA standards, including data encryption and application of STIGs

Perform troubleshooting, tuning, problem diagnosis, and resolution as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline

15+ years of experience as a Database Developer or Administrator in a federal government agency environment

Familiarity with cloud-based database platforms like AWS or Azure

Active Security+ certification preferred

Previous leadership experience highly desired
