Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Stepdown Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Step Down Cardiac RN Provides intermediate level cardiac care for patients transitioning from critical care. Supports stabilization and monitoring of cardiac conditions and post procedure recovery. Responsibilities : Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage continuous telemetry Administer and titrate cardiac drips per protocol Perform frequent assessments and respond to changes in patient status Provide care for post cardiac cath and other cardiac procedures Collaborate with cardiology and interdisciplinary teams to support safe patient progression Requirements : Active state RN license or compact license if applicable Minimum two years of Step Down or Cardiac RN experience Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
