A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to support its Artificial Intelligence business vertical. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored compensation solutions in partnership with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and recommend improvements based on business impact Collaborate with various functions to ensure alignment and compliance with compensation policies and practices Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience, OR equivalent experience 2+ years of compensation program design experience 2+ years of project management experience (preferred)
