Our premier residential and day treatment programs are dedicated to adults recovering from eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. We combine evidence-based care with a holistic approach, focusing on restoring physical, emotional, and nutritional balance in a supportive environment.
We are thrilled to invite a full-time Mental Health Therapist to become part of our compassionate, multidisciplinary team in Eugene. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a setting that values connection, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours / week
- Potential for one evening a week for meal support

Provide individual, group, and family therapy in alignment with personalized treatment plansAct as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of careCommunicate with insurance providers for pre-certification and utilization reviewCollaborate on discharge and aftercare planningOffer therapeutic meal support , modeling a balanced and mindful approach to eatingDeliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique identities and experiencesTotal Rewards

LCSW, LICSW, CSWA, QMHP, or LMSWState license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., CSWA, QMHP, LMSW)Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is beneficialKnowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
