Counter Sales Representative

Location : Denton, TX

Job type : Full time

Schedule : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Counter Sales Associate, you help contractors purchase electrical products at our branch. You're the friendly face they see when they enter our location, helping them get what they need and get back to the job site. If you like interacting with customers and learning about different products, you could be a good candidate for this position. On a typical day you will :

• Take orders by phone or through email
• Greet and assist customers who enter the branch
• Retrieve orders from the warehouse that are ready to be picked up
• Work with our customers to fulfill pre-order requests
• Load orders into customers' vehicles or delivery trucks
• May provide product information to customers (product training provided)
• Assist colleagues in the back-of-store warehouse as needed [include only if applicable at this branch]
• Upsell complementary products to customers during visit / call
