Title : Skilled Nursing CNA - Direct Hire

Employment Type : Direct Hire | Full-Time

Shifts : Rotating Days / Evenings / Nights

Pay Range : $19.00 – $25.50 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000

Key Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist residents with mobility, repositioning, and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Monitor and record vital signs , behaviors, and care activities accurately in the EMR system.
• Support residents during meals and ensure a positive dining experience .
• Maintain infection control standards and adhere to all facility policies.
• Offer emotional and psychosocial support to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to deliver quality care.
