Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to help strengthen connections with pediatric clinics, schools, and community organizations. This role plays an important part in ensuring that families who may benefit from ABA services are informed, supported, and connected to the right resources.
Many families don’t know where to begin when searching for autism services. One of the most effective pathways to care is through trusted referrals from professionals they already work with. This position supports that process by maintaining respectful, long-term relationships with those community partners.
What You’ll Do
Visit local clinics, schools, therapy centers, and related organizations
Introduce Bright Pathways ABA in a friendly, professional manner
Build genuine trust with office staff and providers
Share informational materials and referral resources
Conduct strategic follow-up visits
Track visits and interactions (training provided)
Actively seek out NEW outreach opportunities — beyond the initial list — and pursue them with initiative
Work directly with company leadership to discuss outreach strategies, share observations, and identify new opportunities
What We Provide
We operate with a collaborative, supportive culture — not corporate red tape. You’ll have :
Full training in ABA services and communication
A solid starting list of outreach contacts
Talking points and printed materials
Guidance from accessible leadership
The freedom to expand outreach creatively and assertively
Support for ideas, suggestions, and continuous improvement
Compensation
$18–$28 / hr
$200 referral bonus for each family that becomes an active client
Fuel / mileage reimbursement available
Flexible scheduling
This role directly rewards proactive effort — stronger connections and broader outreach translate into greater earnings.
Who This Role Fits Well
This is a great fit for someone who :
Enjoys interacting with people and building rapport
Communicates with sincerity and confidence
Is reliable and organized
Performs well in roles with autonomy and responsibility
Approaches work with a sense of urgency, forward movement, and ambition
Thinks like a connector and a network-builder
Is energized by the idea of growing influence, earning bonuses, and expanding relationships over time
We are looking for someone with initiative — someone who doesn’t wait to be told every next step, but thinks ahead and takes action.
Our Approach
At Bright Pathways ABA, we prioritize people — families, therapists, and staff. We believe in equipping team members with support, trust, and room to thrive. Leadership is accessible, communication is open, and we do not operate with unnecessary hierarchy. Your ideas are ALWAYS welcomed, and your contributions will be recognized.
Why This Role Matters
Families often rely on their pediatricians, schools, and trusted local contacts for guidance. By ensuring those professionals know about our services and how to refer, this role directly improves access to care for children and families who need support.
Quick Note :
You’ll do well here if you enjoy being out in the field, talking to people, and working with energy and forward drive — not just “fulfilling a task list.”
