Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities. No prior experience required; however, a basic understanding of laboratory testing is preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Duties :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand healthcare providers' needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Provide testing information and support to healthcare providers and their patients.
  • Collaborate with internal laboratory team to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and lead by example to motivate and inspire the sales team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal laboratory team and healthcare providers to ensure seamless delivery of laboratory services.

Skills :

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory testing preferred.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • MUST have a strong Background in Sales / Account Management in the Diagnostic Lab / Healthcare area.
  • MUST be familiar with Medicaid, HMO, PPO.
