A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Representative - Part Time. Key Responsibilities Utilize an electronic ticketing system to assist students and instructors with platform questions and bug reports Review and address student / instructor feedback and assist with account and course setup Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain records of interactions and complaints Required Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field Knowledge of programming basics in C, C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, and / or Assembly Availability for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends Experience with customer service or technical support roles is preferred Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide feedback on service processes
