Project Manager Civil (Pensacola)

Insight Global is looking for a Civil Project Manager with experience managing roadway / drainage (site / civil) projects! This will be a 12 month contract, with the candidate supporting a large infrastructure rebuild project in beautiful downtown Pensacola, Florida!

Day to Day

• Work directly with City Engineer to oversee large, full-lifecycle construction project from public engagement, scheduling, budget, and overseeing the construction
• Supervise the construction and control the budget, including writing specifications and contracts, analyze bids, and make recommendations
• Attend construction and in-house design review meetings
• Ensure design consultant and contractors are performing the duties listed in their contracts
• Review construction plans for compliance
• Act as a liaison with federal, state, local, and other government entities
• Assist grant office in production of documents, record keeping, and preparing reports

Required Skills and Experience :

$45hr to $55hr.
