Work Schedule :

100% FTE hours. Monday- Friday 8 hour shifts between 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. No weekends holidays or call.

As an Advanced Practice Provider youll play an integral role in our inpatient care teams by providing high-quality cost-effective care to patients.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to :

• Provide pain care (acute and chronic pain care) for adult patients in an inpatient clinical setting. The Nurse Practitioner will demonstrate a high degree of clinical expertise in working with patients with pain including acute postoperative / traumatic pain chronic non-cancer and cancer related plan conditions.
• Evaluate and manage patients referred to the Acute and Chronic Pain and Inpatient Pain Services. The Anesthesiology Pain Service provides consultations and the development of a comprehensive pain management plans for patients with complex pain and is actively involved in perioperative analgesia for both adult and pediatric patients.
• Work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary health team and function with a high degree of autonomy.
• Work with a team consisting of a small group of physicians and advanced practice providers.
