Job Description
The Oracle Health Order Management product team is dedicated to transforming order management through the Oracle Health EHR, which is a core driver in healthcare delivery, to create seamless, intuitive workflows for clinicians. Through a suite of tightly integrated and thoughtfully designed features, we empower clinicians to deliver safer, more efficient, and more personalized care across diverse healthcare environments. Our mission is to reimagine the end-to-end user experience for clinical order entry in the EHR - by harnessing the latest in interaction design, usability, and workflow simplification, while strategically leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes and anticipate the evolving needs of providers.
We are seeking a passionate Principal Product Manager to champion the reimagining of product design, user interfaces and experiences in EHR order management. By creating modern, user-centric solutions and thoughtfully incorporating intelligent automation, you will drive superior clinician adoption and satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you will partner with cross-functional teams (including engineering, UX / UI, AI / ML, and product marketing), as well as key clinical stakeholders, to define and deliver a roadmap of industry-leading, scalable product features. Your efforts will directly shape Oracle's next-generation portfolio while transforming both provider and patient experiences across the healthcare ecosystem. Your leadership and vision will set new standards in user-centered design and workflow excellence for order management.
Your Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in product management or clinical informatics
3+ years of proven track record in delivering successful software products for healthcare software solutions, electronic health records (EHR), or similar regulated products.
Familiarity with order entry, medication management, medication reconciliation, ePrescribe, and order fulfillment processes in both acute and ambulatory care settings
Experience working with or within EHR systems (ex. Oracle Cerner Millennium, Epic, or Meditech)
Familiarity with data analytics, AI / ML-enabled decision support, and healthcare interoperability standards (ex. NCPDP, HL7, FHIR)
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to medication management and healthcare IT
Experience with Go-to-Market strategy and product lifecycle management shown in successful product developments from concept formation through delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI / ML-driven healthcare products or automation in order management workflows
Demonstrated success developing or enhancing large-scale healthcare platforms in regulated environments both in the US and globally
Bachelor's degree in informatics, computer science, engineering, or a related healthcare discipline

User Experience & Interface Design Leadership : Partner with UX / UI experts to reimagine and modernize order management interfaces, improving usability, accessibility, and workflow simplicity to ensure solutions meet the needs of busy clinicians.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, UX, AI / ML, product marketing, and clinical stakeholders to translate real-world clinician feedback into actionable design and product development plans.
Data-Driven & Intelligent Automation : Collaborate with AI / ML and analytics teams to thoughtfully embed intelligent features, predictive models, and decision-support tools to boost safety and efficiency, without compromising the core user experience.
Workflow Simplification : Engage with clinicians and operational leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver intuitive, user-friendly features and automation opportunities that simplify and accelerate common tasks.
Compliance & Privacy : Ensure all product features align with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements across domestic and international EHR market standards.
Go-to-Market Execution : Support launch planning, end-user training, and feedback cycles, collaborating with go-to-market and customer support teams to drive adoption and ensure measurable customer value.
Market and Technology Awareness : Stay current with the latest trends in user experience, healthcare informatics, and AI, leveraging leading practices and emerging technologies to maintain competitive differentiation.
Customer & Stakeholder Advocacy : Champion the voice of clinicians, patients, and enterprise customers in product planning, ensuring solutions set new standards in user experience and workflow excellence for healthcare order management.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US : Hiring Range in USD from : $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
