Job Title : Senior Project Manager – Construction

Job Type : Location : Hybrid - Full-Time Omaha, NE

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects with full

project ownership from pre-construction through completion. This role involves leadership over budgets,

schedules, subcontractor management, and quality control, working closely with field superintendents and

internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Hold full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned projects.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication and results.
  • Oversee multiple simultaneous projects in partnership with on-site superintendents.
  • Ensure quality control by verifying that work aligns with project plans and specifications.
  • Lead the procurement and buyout of materials, subcontracts, and equipment.
  • Create and maintain detailed CPM (Critical Path Method) schedules, updated monthly.
  • Coordinate all preconstruction activities including safety, permits, submittals, and meetings.
  • Manage all documentation related to RFIs, scope changes, and unforeseen conditions.
  • Lead the contracting process, initiate purchase orders and manage submittals.

Required Skills :

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and

    • government officials.

  • In-depth understanding of construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
  • Strong administrative skills including billing, insurance, and change order documentation.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and complete complex construction projects.
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership abilities.
