Join Magic Leap as a Reliability Engineering Test Technician within our Reliability Engineering team. You will play a hands-on role in supporting the development and validation of Magic Leap products. You'll be responsible for executing and troubleshooting system- and module-level reliability tests, while working closely with engineers to ensure accurate test results and actionable insights. Your work will directly impact product quality, performance, and long-term reliability in the field.

The Opportunity

As a Reliability Engineering Test Technician, you will support the development and validation of Magic Leap products by executing and troubleshooting system- and module-level reliability tests. You'll collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate test results and actionable insights that inform product quality and long-term reliability.

What You'll Do

• Execute detailed test procedures and document test results
• Analyze data and collaborate with Reliability Engineers on findings
• Configure and operate complex test setups using high-accuracy measurement equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment and test samples to ensure accurate and reliable test results
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment as needed
• Handle and manage samples in coordination with cross-functional teams
• Assist in diagnosing issues with test instrumentation
• Prepare and update work instructions for lab technicians
• Track and maintain detailed records of testing progress and timelines
• Meet project deadlines and support ongoing test execution

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. In addition to salary, Magic Leap offers a discretionary bonus and a fully comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
