Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Dermatology

Schedule : 3-4-Day Work Week

Compensation : 28-30% of Collections (Avg. $225K-$270K+)

Relocation : $5K-$6K

About the Role

Seeking a highly experienced Dermatology NP / PA to join a well-established practice in the Clear Lake Region. This is a high-autonomy, high-earning opportunity in a scenic lakefront community with strong patient loyalty, seasoned support staff, and minimal charting.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a full patient panel immediately. Live in a community known for boating, wineries, hiking, and a relaxed lifestyle, north of San Francisco.

What You’ll Do

• Practice medical + cosmetic dermatology with strong autonomy
• See 28-32 patients / day, 3.5 days a week
• Perform punch biopsies & excisions (melanoma + non-melanoma)
• Administer injectables (Botox, fillers, sclerotherapy)
• Partner with in-house staff including scribes, assistants, and two dedicated MAs
• Deliver patient-centric care to a close-knit community
