By shaping the strategic vision and roadmap for FP&A systems youll ensure our tools deliver actionable insights and align with Vanguards broader business goals. Lead and Develop : Hire evaluate and mentor a high-performing technology team dedicated to FP&A. Further professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnership : Work hand-in-hand with FP&A leadership and senior finance executives to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions that drive value.

System Transformation : Oversee the modernization and optimization of FP&A systems implementing best practices and using emerging technologies including AI and advanced analytics.

Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with senior management and finance partners. Serve as a trusted advisor and effective communicator driving consensus around technology and process change.

Vision and Roadmap : Define and implement the technology strategy and roadmap for FP&A prioritizing projects that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and insight.

Change Leadership : Champion adoption of new systems and processes supporting FP&A teams through transformation.

Data & Analytics Enablement : Advance the use of data and analytics to enhance FP&As ability to provide timely accurate financial insights.

Continuous Improvement : Promote standard methodologies and proactively review systems to ensure ongoing optimization and alignment with business needs.

Business Planning Support : Play a critical role in finance business planning and prioritization ensuring technology supports organizational objectives.

Project Leadership : Lead and contribute to high-impact FP&A technology projects as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of eight (8) years related work experience including at least three years managing innovation and transformation within FP&A or finance technology.

Proven ability to lead teams through change and deliver technology solutions for finance functions.

Success partnering with senior finance management and FP&A to drive process and systems improvements.

Outstanding communication and influencing skills with a strategic approach and passion for technology-enabled transformation.

Technical understanding of Oracle EPM with history of optimization and sustained innovation

Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
