Where You'll Make a Difference

Lead, develop, and articulate a strategic plan to accelerate sales within Home & Fabric Care.

Drive briefs in Fabric & Home Care categories, achieving above fair share win rates.

Provide commercial direction and guidance to cross-functional teams (evaluation, perfumery, consumer insight, marketing, technical applications).

Build and manage best-in-class customer relationships across the US and globally.

Inspire and lead internal teams across regions to deliver winning fragrance solutions.

Coordinate and execute strategic meetings with senior stakeholders.

Ensure alignment on business objectives and foster long-term partnerships.

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer partnerships.

What Makes You the Right Fit

10+ years of experience in the Fragrance industry.

Proven ability to develop regional and global brand strategies.

Strong track record of driving projects from brief to market success.

Deep understanding of the US market and category dynamics.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams.

IT acumen and ability to leverage data for strategic planning.

Experience with multinational companies and global teams.

How Would You Stand Out?

Passion for fragrance and knowledge of industry trends.

Experience in Fabric & Home Care market.

Background in Commercial, Marketing, Scent Design, or Category Leadership.
