As a member of our Corporate Reporting team, you will lead a reporting team that prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages to be submitted to the Parent company (Nestl SA). Further, you will act as single point of contact for communication to the Group Reporting Team as well as division stakeholders. In addition, key responsibilities will include liaising with stakeholders to ensure first-time quality reporting.
You will be responsible for continuous improvement of the team ways of working utilizing new systems solutions to improve efficiency, promoting first time quality and proactive engagement with stakeholders in ensuring timely submission of such reports. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes to drive our organization's success. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
