The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to complex patient conditions.\n\nRequirements : \n\nActive California RN License\n\nBLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications\n\nNIHSS certification\n\nMinimum 3 years of ICU experience (4 years preferred)\n\nMust be willing to float as needed\n\nWeekend rotation required\n\nNo on-call requirement
