Responsibilities :

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchen areas
• Anticipate kitchen member needs by constantly evaluating the environment and responding to cues as necessary
• Assist with receiving delivery of product on behalf of the restaurant team
• Complete daily and weekly checklists
• Ensure the health, safety, and security of all staff at all times
