Registered Nurse

Reports to

Director of Nursing

Qualifications / Educational Requirements :

• Resides in North Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Comfortable Using Microsoft Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
• Knowledge of home care principles, practices, and regulations in North Carolina
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)
• Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population (aged 60+)
• Must hold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• Two (2) years' experience with the AxisCare software system preferred or similar Home Health software
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health, hospice, or community health settings
