Sepal is conducting a research study to understand work excellence among special education teachers, secondary school to establish professional benchmarks. Selected participants will share their professional background, design field-specific screening questions, and document substantial work projects as case studies.\n\nSample of reported job titles : Career and Transition Teacher, High School Special Education Teacher, Interrelated Special Education Teacher, Learning Disabilities Special Education Teacher (LD Special Education Teacher), Learning Support Teacher, Resource Teacher, Special Day Class Teacher (SDC Teacher), Special Education Resource Teacher, Special Education Teacher, Teacher\n\nThis is a short-term project requiring roughly 40–100 hours of work total, between now and December 29th. The engagement begins with a paid 2–4 day trial.\n\nMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS : \n
- 5+ years full-time experience as a special education teacher (secondary school)\n
- Native-level English language fluency\n
- U.S.
residency\n
Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet\nAvailable for at least 10 hours per week during the 2-3 week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule)\nTechnology proficiency : Comfortable with messaging, video calling, and uploading files\nAbility to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks independently\n\nCOMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS : \nHourly pay : $35-53 per hour, plus task bonuses, based on experience and fit\nPaid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours\nClassification as 1099 independent-contractor; engagement is at-will\nEntirely remote, work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met\nCurrent employment in the field is NOT required\n\nWHY PARTICIPATE?
