Shifts :

First shift, Monday - Friday

6 : 30 am - 3 : 00 pm

Responsibilities :

Operate equipment necessary for the production process

Rotate stations throughout the shift

Learn to operate machinery at each station

Read and understand work orders and blueprints

Stack finished material on carts or pallets

Ensure the machine is operational and safe before use

Start the machine, monitor production, and adjust as needed

Inspect output for quality and damages

Transport materials to and from work areas

Assist with training new machine operators

Learn basic troubleshooting and perform minor repairs

Comply with all safety protocols and always wear protective gear

Maintain a safe, organized, clean work environment

Position Requirements :

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required

May be required to stand for an extended time

Work in various weather and temperature conditions

Engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with precision

Detail-oriented

Team player

Great attendance and punctual
