1st Shift Forklift Operator

Forklift  Operator Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator for a reputable company in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves key responsibilities in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, product storage, and organizing deliveries. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and supporting a safe, organized work environment.  Pay Rate

18.00 per hour Schedule and Hours

7 : 00am- 3 : 30pmMonday – Friday. Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Accurately pull and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery, including loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Manage inventory to minimize damage and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Organize and maintain bin locations for optimal warehouse flow.
• Provide excellent customer service, oversee equipment maintenance, and support efficient truck loading for timely deliveries.
• Conduct regular checks on cherry picker equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
