Opportunity Highlights :

Join a well-established health system

Outpatient and Inpatient responsibilities (rounding on patients)

Round 6 days and 1 weekend / month

4 additional Family Medicine providers, plus Internal Medicine and Pediatric physicians

Monday - Friday schedule

Patient volume average is 18 to 25 patients per day

Phone call only

Onsite care team includes : Clinical pharmacists, behavior health clinicians, care managers, case managers and nurse and medical assistants

Nationally competitive salary 250k-270kDOE, plus relocation allowance
