Job Title : Production Operator

Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment, including the coiling machine, hose puller, hose accumulator, and turntable. You will also be responsible for applying ferrules and inserts to hose coils, crimping hose ends, operating the strapping machine, applying retail packaging to products, and operating automatic box-tapers. A key aspect of this role includes maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Work Environment

The warehouse is clean and organized, staying cool during summer. Shifts include 1st (7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm), 2nd (3 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm), and 3rd (11 : 00 pm - 7 : 30 am). Overtime is optional and based on a first-come, first-served sign-up sheet, available before and after shifts, as well as on weekends. The environment supports both production and forklift operations with respective compensations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.25 / hr.
