About the Role :

• Therapeutic Impact : Provide individual therapy, lead assessments and service plan updates for clients with addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Personalized Approach : Focus on creating tailored care plans for new clients, addressing their unique substance use and mental health challenges.
• Collaborative Spirit : Work in tandem with clinical staff, peer coaches, and community partners to ensure holistic care that meets each client's specific needs.
