Investment Accountant
We’re looking for an Investment Accountant to support accounting and reporting for investment portfolios, joint ventures, and funds. Ideal for someone with strong partnership accounting experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.
Base Pay Range
$30.00 / hr - $34.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Review income distributions, capital funding, and GAAP financials
- Perform cash clearing & capital funding reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly NOI analyses
- Support audits, tax compliance, and cross-department collaboration
- Analyze capital accounts & partner equity activity
- Assist with process improvements and ad hoc projects
